Labeled "Great-grandparents and grand parents." The younger couple has been positively identified by Shari Duffin as being Franklin and Ethel (Gray) Ratfield, her maternal great-grandparents. Franklin's death certificate identifies his parents as being Cy and Carrie Ratfield. |
